A natural person who (either individually or jointly with spouse) has a net worth in excess of $1,000,000 or a natural person who had an individual adjusted gross income (not joint with spouse) in excess of $200,000 in each of the two most recent years, or who had a joint adjusted gross income (with spouse) in excess of $300,000 in each of those years, and in either case who has a reasonable expectation of achieving the same income level in the current year.
